Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Single service items stored on floor in back store room. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

Dairy Queen (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/7/20.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Damaged ceiling tiles in kitchen. Replace.

Fire suppressor above grill is dirty. Clean.

3 compartment sink faucet is leaking. Repair.

Ice cream prep area is dirty. Clean.

Fan by drive up window is dirty. Clean.

Subway (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/14/20.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Dollar Tree (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/21/20.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

El Nopal (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/28/20.

Critical- Unlabelled spray bottle in kitchen. All toxics must be labeled. Corrected.

Non-critical- Faucet on 3 compartment sink is leaking. Repair.

Food uncovered in walk-in cooler. Always keep food covered to prevent contamination. Corrected.
