Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – No self-closing door on restroom. All restroom doors must be self-closing.

Subway (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 12/18/24.

Critical – Employees not properly washing hands. Hands must be washed before putting on gloves. Corrected.

Non-critical – No paper towels at hand sink in food prep area. All hand sinks must be adequately supplied. Corrected.

Top of bread warmer is dirty. Clean. Corrected.

Mops not stored properly after using. Mops must be stored so they can completely dry between uses. Corrected.
