Bethany Nutrition Site – Routine inspection conducted on 2/7/24.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Ceiling tiles damaged above mop sink. Repair.

 

Bob’s Place (Ridgeway) – Pre-opening inspection conducted on 2/14/24.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection. Establishment is approved to open.

 

Sweet Baby B’s (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/21/24.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Vegetable freezer is frosted over. De-frost so shelves are smooth and easily cleanable.

Food packaged on site is not labelled. All food must be labelled with common name, ingredients, and contact info.

 

China King (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/21/24.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Kum & Go (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/28/24.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Big Time Cinema (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/28/24.

Critical – Unlabelled spray bottle. All toxics must be labelled. Corrected.

Non-critical – No non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.
