Casey’s General Store #3081- Routine inspection conducted on 3/6/19.

Critical- Can opener dirty. Clean. Corrected.

Unlabelled spray bottle. All toxics must be labeled. Corrected.

Non-critical-No non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Kum & Go- Routine inspection conducted on 3/6/19.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Single service items stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

 

Dollar Tree #7333- Routine inspection conducted on 3/13/19.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Good Ole Day’s (New Hampton) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/13/19.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Food that is re-packaged on site not labeled correctly. Food must have common name of package.

Jelly does not have ingredients list on label. Re-label.

 

Papa’s Place (Ridgeway) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/27/19.

Critical- Food from unapproved source. Discard. Corrected.

Non-critical- No self-closing door on restroom. All doors going into restrooms must be self-closing.

 

The Gilman Café (Gilman City) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/27/19.

Critical- Unlabeled spray bottle. All toxics must be labeled. Corrected.
