Dairy Queen – Routine inspection conducted on 6/5/19.

Critical-  No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical-  Cake display case is dirty.  Clean & Defrost.

Clutter under ice cream machine.  Clean.

Side of east ice cream machine is dirty. Clean.

Wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer when not in use.  Always store in sanitizer when not in use.  Corrected.

Inside of prep cooler dirty by drive thru window.  Clean.

Inside small microwave is dirty.  Clean.

Small vent hood on east side of kitchen dirty.  Clean.

Single service items stored on floor.  Store 6″ off of floor to prevent contamination.

Hope Royale– Follow up inspection conducted on 6/5/19.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

Dairy Queen– Follow up inspection conducted on 6/19/19.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

Subway-  Routine inspection conducted on 6/19/19.

Critical-  No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Mops stored on floor after use.  Hang mops so they can dry when not in use.  Corrected.

Hy-Vee-  Routine inspection conducted on 6/26/19.

Critical-  No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Unshielded bulbs throughout store.  All lighting must be shielded in food storage and food prep areas.
