Dairy Queen (Bethany) – Follow up inspection conducted on 3/4/26.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

 

Our Place (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/4/26.

Critical – Ready to eat potentially hazardous foods not date marked in refrigerator. Date when food is made and discard after 7 days. Corrected.

Lemon scented bleach used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Only use unscented bleach to sanitize food contact surfaces. Corrected.

Non-critical – No paper towels at hand sink in employee restroom. All restrooms must be adequately supplied. Corrected.

Onions stored on floor in store room. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

No self-closing door on employee restroom. All restroom doors must be self-closing.

 

Firehouse 54 Pizza (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/11/26.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Mugsley’s Pub (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/18/26.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Freezer on Hotpoint refrigerator is dirty. Clean.

Woods freezer is frosted over. De-frost and clean.

Onions stored on floor in kitchen. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

 

Toot Toots (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/18/26.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Bag of rice stored on floor in store room. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

Vent on convection oven is dirty. Clean.

 

Woods & Main (Eagleville) – Follow up inspection conducted on 3/25/26.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.
