Gilman City R-4 School- Routine inspection conducted on 12/18/19.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Gilman City General Store- Routine inspection conducted on 12/18/19.

Critical- Bulged can of black olives. Discard. Corrected.

Non-critical- No self-closing door on restroom. All restroom doors must be self-closing.

Single service cups stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

 

Gilman Café- Routine inspection conducted on 12/18/19.

Critical- Expired milk in the cooler. Discard. Corrected.
