Babahs (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/1/25.

Critical– No critical violations noted at time of inspection. Deli is approved to open.

Non-critical – Improper storage of ice scoop. Store in bin to prevent contamination. Corrected.

Plumbing is leaking on hand sink by coffee maker. Repair.

 

Rocket Stop (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/1/25.

Critical – Ice machine is dirty. Clean.

Non-critical – Hand sink faucet is leaking by iced coffee machine. Repair.

 

Prairie Star Petroleum (Bethany) – Follow up inspection conducted on 10/8/25.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

 

Subway Store #58056 (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 10/8/25.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Fan by pizza warmer is dirty. Clean.

Moldy box of brownies in walk-in cooler. Discard. Corrected.

Non-critical – Ceiling is chipped and peeling in men’s restroom. Repair.

Drain on both fountain machines are moldy. Clean & sanitize.

Wall behind 3 compartment sink is peeling away from wall. Repair.

Single service items stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

North wall & rolling racks are dirty in walk-in cooler. Clean & sanitize.
