No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

El Nopal- Routine inspection conducted on 10/9/19.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Piece of bacon on floor of walk-in cooler. Discard. Corrected.

Thermometer missing from walk in cooler. All cooling units must have thermometers. Corrected.

Employee’s drinks do not have lids in food prep area. All drinks in food prep areas must have lids. Corrected.
