No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection. This establishment is approved to open.

 

McDonalds (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/11/25.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Excessive frost around top of walk-in freezer door. Defrost & clean.

Floor is dirty around grease barrels. Clean. Corrected.

 

Mugsleys Pub (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/18/25.
