Mugsleys (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/2/21.

Critical– Ice machine is dirty. Clean.

Non-critical- No self closing door on men’s restroom. All restroom doors must be self closing.

No paper towels in men’s restroom. All hand sinks must be adequately supplied.

Microwave is dirty. Clean.

Stainless refrigerator is dirty. Clean.

Food stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

Neat’s Burger Barn (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/2/21.

Critical- No running water in establishment. All facilities must have hot & cold running water under pressure. Facility must remain closed until water issue is resolved.

Non-critical- No soap at hand sink. All hand sinks must be adequately supplied.

Neat’s Burger Barn (Eagleville) – Follow up inspection conducted on 6/9/21.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected. Facility is approved to re-open.

Taco Bell (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/9/21.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Mugsley’s (Bethany) – Follow up inspection conducted on 6/16/21.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

Blak Barrel Coffee Co. (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/16/21.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Sweet Baby B’s (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 6/23/21.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Single service items stored on floor. Store all single service items 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

Packaged food do not have ingredients list on label. All labels must have common name, ingredients, and contact info.
