No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Lakeside Bakery (Ridgeway) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/11/26.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Missing ceiling tile in restroom. Replace.

H&P Country Store (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/11/26.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Dairy Queen (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 2/11/26.

Critical – Cutting board on prep table is not smooth and easily cleanable. Re-finish or Replace.

Non-critical – Onions stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

Handle on prep cooler is covered in tape. Non-food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Corrected.
