Casey’s Store #1644– Routine inspection conducted on 2/5/20.

Critical- 2 dented cans of chicken noodle soup. Discard. Corrected.

Non-critical- Spatula in kitchen is cracked and peeling. Discard. Corrected.

 

Firehouse 54- Routine inspection conducted on 2/26/20.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Dinner Bell- Routine inspection conducted on 2/26/20.

Critical- Food in walk-in cooler is past discard date. Discard. Corrected.

Ready to eat potentially hazardous foods are not dated in walk-in cooler. All food must be dated when made and discarded after 7 days. Corrected.

Unlabelled spray bottle in kitchen. All toxics must be labeled. Corrected.

Hand washing sink is not working. Repair.

Soda tips are dirty. Clean. Corrected.

Non-critical- Excessive build up of grease of fryers. Clean.
