North Harrison School – Routine inspection conducted on 12/8/21.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Woods & Main (Eagleville) – Routine inspection conducted on 12/8/21.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Food stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

No paper towels at hand sink. Hand washing facility must be adequately supplied.

Vents by both bathrooms are dirty. Clean.

No self closing doors on restrooms. All restroom doors must be self closing.

Huffman’s BBQ (Bethany) – Pre-opening inspection conducted on 12/15/21.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection. This facility is approved to open.
