Non-critical – Missing ceiling tiles in back of store. Repair.

Missing ceiling tile in kitchen by ice machine. Replace.

Bottom of stainless cooler in kitchen is dirty. Clean.

Bottom shelf of prep table is dirty. Clean.

Wal Mart – Routine inspection conducted on 8/21/24.

Critical – No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical – Vent above 3 compartment sink is dirty. Clean.
