January 2020 Inspections

 

McDonald’s – Routine inspection conducted on 1/15/20.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Sonic Drive In- Routine inspection conducted on 1/22/20.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Unshielded bulbs by front door. All lighting must be shielded.

 

A & A Gas & Snacks (Bethany) – Pre-opening inspection conducted on 1/22/20.

No violations noted at time of inspection. This establishment is approved to open.

 

Toot-Toots- Routine inspection conducted on 1/29/20.

Critical- 4 dented/bulged cans in store room. Discard. Corrected.

Non-critical- Food stored on floor of walk-in freezer. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Corrected.

Ice scoop stored on top of ice machine. Store in a bin or in ice with handle up. Corrected.

 

Pizza Hut- Routine inspection conducted on 1/29/20.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Soda hook ups are dirty. Clean. Corrected.

Mops stored on floor after use. Hang mops so they dry between uses. Corrected.

Vent hood and ceiling above it are dirty. Clean.
