October Inspections

 

Ridgeway R-5 School-Routine inspection conducted on 10/5/16.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection.

 

Cainsville R-1 School- Routine inspection conducted on 10/5/16.

Critical- Can of ketchup dented on seam, discard. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Non-critical- No non-critical violations were noted at time of inspection.

 

North Harrison R-3 School- Routine inspection conducted on 10/12/16.

Critical-White spatula with pieces broke and torn, discard. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Can opener dirty, clean on routine basis. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Silver can of mashed potatoes with no label. All cans and containers shall have a label and be readily identifiable. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Non-critical-Refrigerator by microwave not maintaining temperature, temperature at time of inspection was 52°F. Removed all potentially hazardous foods until unit is repaired.

 

Bethany Nutrition Site- Routine inspection conducted on 10/19/16.

Critical- Unlabelled spray bottle in kitchen, all toxics shall have labels. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Non-critical- No soap at hand sink, hand washing facilities shall be adequately supplied. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Floor of walk-in freezer dirty, clean on routine basis. Violation was corrected during inspection.

 

Beck’s Convenience Store (Ridgeway)-Routine inspection conducted on 10/19/16.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Ice bagged on site not labeled, bags shall have stores contact information on it.

Inside refrigerator door & freezer door are both dirty, clean on routine basis.

Single service items stored on floor, SS items shall be stored 6” off floor to prevent contamination.

Mechanical ventilation not working in restroom, repair.

Missing ceiling tile above beer cooler, repair.

 

North Harrison R-3- Follow up inspection conducted on 10/26/16.

Violations have been corrected.
