Dairy Queen (Bethany) – Routine inspection conducted on 3/14/18.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Unshielded bulb in walk in cooler. All lighting must be shielded. Corrected.

Ice scoop stored on top of ice machine. Scoop must be stored in a bucket and not directly on ice machine. Corrected.

Floor of walk-in freezer dirty. Clean on routine basis. Corrected.

Lid on dessert prep cooler broken. Repair.

Damaged ceiling tiles above 3 compartment sink. Repair.

No waste basket by hand sink next to walk-in cooler. Hand washing sink must be adequately supplied. Corrected.

 

Toot-Toots (Bethany) - Routine inspection conducted on 3/21/18.

Critical- Raw proteins stored above ready to eat foods in cooler. Always store raw proteins below ready to eat foods. Corrected.

Non-critical- Employee’s drink does not have a lid on it in food prep area. All drinks must have a lid when in food prep and storage areas. Corrected.

Bottom of Frigidaire freezer dirty. Clean.

Food stored on floor in old walk in freezer. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

 

Stateline Conoco (Eagleville) - Routine inspection conducted on 3/21/18.

Critical- Ice machine dirty. Clean.

Non-critical- No 0-220°F thermometer for cook’s use. Kitchen must have a 0-220°F thermometer to check food temperatures.

Bottom of mini freezer dirty in kitchen. Clean.

Bottom of upright freezer in kitchen dirty. Clean.

Vents in both bathrooms dirty. Clean on routine basis.

No self-closing door on men’s restroom. All doors going into restroom’s must be self closing.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.
