Dairy Queen (Bethany)-Follow up inspection conducted on 6/7/17.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

 

Toot-Toot’s (Bethany)-Follow up inspection conducted on 6/7/17.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

 

KFC/Taco Bell (Bethany)-Routine inspection conducted on 6/14/17.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Holes in ceiling throughout kitchen. Repair & cover holes.

Bottom of prep cooler by hand washing sink is dirty. Clean on routine basis.

Used latex gloves on floor. Throw in trash can instead of on floor.

Mops not stored properly after using. Store in a way they can completely dry in between uses.

 

The Café (Cainsville)- Routine inspection conducted on 6/21/17.

Critical- No critical violations noted at time of inspection.

Non-critical- Onions & potatoes stored on floor. Store 6” off of floor to prevent contamination.

 

Stackhouse Café (Eagleville)- Pre-opening inspection conducted on 6/21/17.

No critical or non-critical violations noted at time of inspection. This facility is approved to open.

 

Stateline Conoco (Eagleville)- Routine inspection conducted on 6/28/17.

Critical- Unlabeled spray bottle in kitchen.   All toxics shall be labeled.

Non-critical- Wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer.  Always store in sanitizer when not in use.

Ice scoop not stored properly.  Store in container with handle up.
