June Inspections

 

Hope Royale (Bethany) - Follow up inspection conducted on 6/8/16.

All critical and non-critical violations have been corrected.

 

Neats Burger Barn (Eagleville)-Pre-opening inspection conducted on 6/22/16.

Critical- Eggs stored above hamburger buns in refrigerator. Raw proteins shall be stored below ready to eat foods. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Non-critical- Plumbing leaking under sink, all plumbing shall be maintained in good repair. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Single service items stored on floor, single service items shall be stored 6” off of floor to prevent contamination. Violation was corrected during inspection.

This establishment is approved to open.

 

Bethany One Stop- Routine inspection conducted on 6/29/16.

Critical- Unlabelled spray bottle by 3 compartment sink, all toxics shall contain a label. Violation was corrected during inspection.

Non-critical- Walk-in cooler not maintaining temperature, staff is aware of the problem and getting it repaired. Milk has already been moved, had employee moved 2 cartons of eggs to another cooler until walk-in cooler is fixed.

Vent hood is dirty above donut fryer, clean on routine basis.

Unshielded bulb above white upright freezer, all lighting shall be shielded above food prep and food storage areas.

Mops stored in mop bucket after using, mops shall be stored in a way so they can dry.

Dead bugs in bottom of donut case, clean on routine basis. Violation was corrected during inspection.
